Harvest Day Festival

This past Saturday I ventured out to the Harvest Day Festival.
I was all by myself too. Which was weird at the same time.
I kinda wanted my kids with me.
I'm sure they was having more fun at their Memaw's and
Papa's house anyway.

I decided to take a few pics of all the pretties!

I thought this mum was pretty wrapped in deco mesh.

I'm regretting not buying that adorable chicken coop sign.
Her prices was so reasonable!

Stopped  by the antique shop while I was there, too.

I thought the pumpkin thingy was so pretty, but I didn't know what to do with it.
I liked this dog picture, too. It's actually a part of a 3D calender. I thought that was pretty neat.
Both of these items reminded me of Kim. ;)

These are my items I brought home.
A bee thingy and 2 fake candy apples.
I spent a whole $11.00.

Time to get all of my fall and Halloween decor out. I'm really excited.
I really need to clean my garage out first so I will have room to put my boxes and stuff.
My garage kinda looks like I'm a hoarder! It's just a hot mess!

Happy Fall!

Joining these wonderful parties!

Rainy Days and Play Days

It's been raining here for pretty much two days straight.
I love dreary days though. Staying at home and drinking my pumpkin spice coffee while snuggled up on the couch with my little one is just the best!

The boys have been in rare form, just let me tell you!

Mr. Barney here has poured out a bottle of windex and a bottle of spray butter.
Nice.

Lots of super powers and love in my house today.

I guess tomorrow I will clean all the finger prints off everything and
I'm okay with that.

My Hillsville Adventure!

We was there for 5 whole minutes and my husband already knocked something over!
The owner of the stuff my husband knocked over, looked like he wanted to kill us!
We walked off and the man said, "Where's my man?" My hubs turned around and went back and helped him look for "his man" and he found it! Thank God! The owner shook my hubs hand and we went on our merry way. Tell you the truth I was ready to RUN!

So, there's not many pics of this trip. Plus, people had signs up that said no pictures. I wasn't in the mood to have death stares again. I know last year at the Christmas Show a man went all ape sheet on me for taking pictures. I personally don't get it.

My dad is a vendor at this show.
 He sells these crazy birdhouses.
Which reminds me,
I need to call him.

What did I bring home?

3 yard flags for $10.00!
Awesome price!

Smaller size galvanized tub $6.00
Smaller sized watering can $12.00

Vintage Halloween picks $1.00 each.

My personal favorite find, this creepy old doll head!
Will be perfect for my Halloween decorating!
Only $6.00! The cracks and eyes are just perfect!

It was fun and I'm still recovering!
They don't call that place Hillsville for nothing!
I hope you guys are doing well!

Another crazy adventure to add to my list!

Ready for the weekend! Hillsville here I come!

So, most of you know I've been working on my boys closets.
I've got about 80% of the ebay-able stuff on there now.
Now I need to get the rest of the goodies ready for the consignment sale!
I'm going through toys too!

Still debating on selling this costume! It's going for $40.00!
What would you do?

I'm hope the green house where I buy my mums from are big like these!
Last year they were little!

I'm headed to Hillsville, Virginia!!
I'm so excited a whole town full of vintage, antiques, junk, folk art, big granny drawers and drunk men carrying around guns!

Can't wait!
