Here's my Birthday Boy!

We got him a tractor for his birthday.

He loves tractors! Especially his Papa's tractor!

Even has a radio!

We kept his birthday party low key. I'm starting to like them that way.

I love pretty parties, however parties stress me OUT!

He loves Caillou. He is one whiny rascal! Have you ever watched him?

This little booger is keeping me on my toes here lately!

He gets out of his crib at 6am every morning!

He cut 25 of my ornaments of the tree with scissors!

He emptied a brand new tube of tooth paste.

He opened a pack of pads and and stuck them to his brother's dresser.

I'm feeling a little wild this year and added some leopard ribbon.

I picked it up at Micheal's while buying some other ribbon.

I'm still not 100% sure I'm in love, but it's different.

I still love leopard just not so sure on my tree.

This is a new tradition that we started last year. On the Sunday after Thanksgiving we visit Santa and go to Build a Bear. Baby thought it was a good time to pick his nose!

I'm thinking maybe this is Christmas card material! lol! ;)

Let's see what's been going on! I went to the wonderful Southern Christmas Show with my friend, Kim.

We had so much fun! We bought some pretties, too! I'll show you soon!

The entrance was breath taking again this year as always!

They had a 50's theme going on.

Gorgeous door and fireplace displays.

love love love the rooms!

This room won first place.

Cute boy circus themed room! I love this bed!

I fell head over heals for this room! I love the richness and chunkiness!

The miniatures are a favorite of mine for this show!

Ahhh! A mini Halloween house! Love!

This tree was cra cra! lol~ Someone take the deco mesh away from this person!

We saw the lights at the zoo. The boys loved them and they ate the crackers that was for the animals.

They still seem to be fine.

Mmmmm.... good animal crackers!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I didn't go out shopping this year. I just bought stuff online and stayed home for the first time in years. Well, I did go to CVS! You can see that here on my other blog. Loved that sale!

Halloween has came and gone again.

I believe we trick-o-treated our hearts out this year.

I bet your wondering why I put therapy in my title?

I love to make treat cups! I have no clue why, but I could make these babies all day long!

It's just relaxing to me. I have to first, find everything I've bought over the past year. lol! If your like me you place things in 10 different places. Second, I organize everything.

I don't know what it is, but I just love foil candy!

I also like to do things in order a certain way. I guess I'm a bit OCD?

Add some pretty ribbon!

Pack them up in my $1.00 cauldron and there all ready to go to school with my Magician.
The best part, these treat cups only cost $14 to make! That's for 22 kids, too!

Pretty neat-o they had awards day on Halloween!

He ended getting an award for writing and perfect attendance.

I was so happy for him!

Saturday, I went to the second Antiques on Main Street.

I use to live in this tiny little town and I'm so proud of it!

So many ladies has turned Main Street into beautiful antiques shops.

Lillie's is my favorite shop! The ladies there are so sweet!

This is my favorite booth by far! The owner, loved the fact that I "get" her style! She was so happy I told her that.

This shop pictured below is my second favorite.

I want this cow so bad! Sadly, It's not for sale. :(

This antique store has so much eye candy!

This sleigh and Santa is just beautiful! They're huge also!

I like this cow, too!

Dianne's store is gorgeous, too! I wished I could of took pics of the inside.

I had no memory left on my card.

On every light pole and corner you would see hay bales, pumpkins, mums, and corn stalks!

The ladies did a beautiful job!

Here's my gorgeous purchases from Lillie's. They make you feel special when you by something! I just realized I forgot to take a pic of what is inside the bag. Oops! Cute bag distracted me!

Stopped at a yard sale after I left there and I got this witches cauldron for $1.00!

Yay! I added the beautiful big glitter bow. Cause, you know glitter and bows just makes things better! ;)

I had to fix my skeleton. Not only is he dressed up, but he also broke his leg.

He broke it in my car. I'm not quite sure how that happened. It happened sometime in the 2 weeks he rode around with me. lol!

I prettyfied this witch's cauldron! It's just too cute!

I had a lot of fun making this. Those adorable boys of mine fought non stop while I was making it, too!

Yesterday I stopped in Wal-Mart to look for some flowers for my chair.

I was so happy that I spotted some in the clearance section!

I almost paid full price for these babies!

I paid $5.00 and some change for everything!

I'm just not sure how long they will live.

I'm sure they will last longer than fresh cut roses any day!

It's just amazing what $5.00 will do!

It's the most wonderful time of the year again!

We went to the fair Friday night and just like in the past, we always take pictures before we leave. I love seeing the boys grow up on these steps!

A couple of crafty projects

There's a couple of crafty projects I've been putting off.

I'm so glad completed them finally.

Here's my creepy doll head all fixed up! I found a small one, too!

I made the top hat out of card stock and there's embellishments on the side, but the picture was to dark.

This was my first time making a top hat. I might be addicted now!

I added crepe paper for the ruffles.

I also jazzed up my little boo banner from last year.

So much better!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! We have to get ready for my Aunt and Uncle's surprise 25th Anniversary party tonight.

Thursday was the Fall Festival at school.

Food, baked goods, cake walks, games, rides, giveaways and silent auctions!

What's not to love?!

He got the cutest candy corn cupcake! I love the way it was presented!

Fun and games!

Here's my little one with his "girls"! I don't know why he calls the rats his girls, but he does!

Poor kid is just so happy to be holding rats!

He wants to take all of them every where we go!

I usually can get him to take just 1, but the kid puts up a fight for his girls! lol!

Well, I'm still missing my Halloween box of inside decorations. Makes me so sad!

I hoping it's in the attic. My fella has not had time to get up there and look.

Fingers crossed! So, In the meantime I'm decorating stuff with ribbon!

I loved the way everything turned out!

This is a black bushel style basket and I decorated the sides of the handles. I figured this would be cute to deliver treats in!

I got him at Walgreens in case you are wondering. He was only thirty dollars.

That's a pretty good deal for a 5 foot skeleton.

I'm still working on my Halloween decorations.

I've been adding ribbon to everything! Have I told you I LOVE ribbon!

Ribbon makes me happy! If I had a girl, her bows would be the size of Texas!

Hand soap needs a little bedazzle, too!

I just loved this sign! JoAnn's has some really cute decor! Added ribbon to it, too!

I can't believe so many of you do not know who Dexter is?!!! Dexter comes on Showtime at 9 pm on Sunday nights. He kills bad people! Sounds crazy, right?! But so good! I love trashy TV, what can I say! ;)

These cupcakes took no time to make. I downloaded a picture that I liked and inserted on Word.

I cut the pictures out and glued to black construction paper. Then added a sucker stick in between the paper. Added red food color gel for the blood look. That easy!

I'm so ready for tonight!

My favorite time of the year is here!

October is so magical and makes me feel like a kid again.

Nothing better than pumpkins, candy, decor, hayrides, and a little scare here and there!

Finally time to break out the Halloween attire!

I'm just in love with orange, black, gingham, and converse shoes!

I'm so proud of myself!

I cleaned out the garage and my building today.

I hauled all my Halloween decorations from the building to the garage, too!

My fella put new mulch down and picked up some hay bales for me today.

Soon it will be a magical spooky place around here.

Stopped in Walmart to pick up a few things yesterday. By the way, my Walmart has almost no Halloween decor. Why is that? Anyway, I came out with this!

This past Saturday I ventured out to the Harvest Day Festival.

I was all by myself too. Which was weird at the same time.

I kinda wanted my kids with me.

I'm sure they was having more fun at their Memaw's and
Papa's house anyway.

I decided to take a few pics of all the pretties!

I thought this mum was pretty wrapped in deco mesh.

I'm regretting not buying that adorable chicken coop sign.

Her prices was so reasonable!

Stopped by the antique shop while I was there, too.

I thought the pumpkin thingy was so pretty, but I didn't know what to do with it.

I liked this dog picture, too. It's actually a part of a 3D calender. I thought that was pretty neat.

Both of these items reminded me of Kim. ;)

My Hillsville Adventure!

We was there for 5 whole minutes and my husband already knocked something over!

The owner of the stuff my husband knocked over, looked like he wanted to kill us!

We walked off and the man said, "Where's my man?" My hubs turned around and went back and helped him look for "his man" and he found it! Thank God! The owner shook my hubs hand and we went on our merry way. Tell you the truth I was ready to RUN!

So, there's not many pics of this trip. Plus, people had signs up that said no pictures. I wasn't in the mood to have death stares again. I know last year at the Christmas Show a man went all ape sheet on me for taking pictures. I personally don't get it.

My dad is a vendor at this show.

He sells these crazy birdhouses.

Later that day I read about an earthquake in Virginia in the ebay forums.

That was a first! Very weird.

School time is back in full swing. I was not ready for him to start.
The summer didn't seem long enough.
I have a first grader now!

Let's see what the girls are up to.

Well, I think there both girls. My husband does not.

What do you think? Neither one is cock-a-doodling.

There both sweet as can be.

Dee Dee (the black one) will let you hold her the other one will not.

They are eating a lot! And let's not forget about the POOP!

I've never seen so much poop from two tiny animals in my life!

I use their poop to fertilize my pumpkins. I probably waited to long to plant these.

I'm learning and all I can do is try! This is what they look like after 1 week.

I have 3 mounds just like this one.

I should of took a picture of the girls hanging basket when I first bought it.

It was beautiful.

My husband made these metal planters a long time ago on our back porch.

There is 2 total on there just like this one.

I just throw plants in here and hope for the best! lol!

Yelp, no clue in the gardening department at all!

That's about it around here for now.

Waiting for cooler weather so I can paint our building and maybe the coop.

I got us ~~all~~ (mainly the boys) ;) some treats to take with us on our trip.

I have been picking stuff up at stores for the longest time for this trip! If it looked patriotic looking, I bought it!

Hmmmmm....I think you could say I was excited!

Do you see the red, blue, and white tortilla chips? Those was my fav! Bought those at World Market.

Fake baked some sweets!

Say what? Fake bake? Yes Ma'am! Store bought Rice Krispies treats just added white chocolate and sprinkles. Box cake mix and can icing........

Hey, I just go for looks! ;)

The pretty package makes things taste better, right?

Little secret........I even burned the bottom of the cupcakes!

Thank God my husband didn't marry me for my cooking!

Now it's time to start obsessing over Halloween goodies!

Pickens Flea Market that is!

I don't get to go to that market but maybe once a year.

My in laws kept the boys for me and I took off to the market!

The weather was perfect and not to hot.

It's a good little drive to this market, but so worth it.

Here a few of my favorites.

Found this piggy watering can for $4.00!

I got another watering can to add to my collection.

This one was only $10!

My favorite finds was these clay pumpkin heads! I paid $15.00 for both.

These babies just had to come home with me! Very unique.

I'm always on the lookout for anything Halloween related.

Love the patina and his facial expression!

I can't wait till Halloween this year!

I've been busy since Thursday going through my house.

I'm not sure why I always wait till the last minute to do things.

I've always been that way. ;) Anyway, I sold at the auction on Friday

and Saturday night and at the Flea Market on Sunday morning.

This is just a sample! I filled my Commander slam full all 3 days and still have stuff left!

I'm one tired workin' junkin' girl right now!

Was it all worth it? Heck yeah!

I'm able to take our family on vacation for FREE!

Doesn't get any better than that!

Sorry no deck pictures. All the cupcakes was gone by that night except for 3!

A new wreath for the front door was in need!

I couldn't find a patriotic wreath I liked,

so I threw this together. I call this look Country Whimsical.

I think the name fits!

I'm going to try to find some geraniums to add to it. If not, I'm happy with this look.

I used a grape vine wreath from Wal-mart and some poly deco mesh ribbon for my bow.

While I was taking pictures my little one wanted his picture taken.

He just got a new hair cut today! That's why he has a blue mouth. He was a good boy!

I decided to head back to a little town that I'm from to go to the their antique shops on Main St.

It's my new favorite happy place! I was like a kid in a candy store on Saturday!

I just knew I had to have it! The owner was happy for me too!

The husband did not understand why in the world did I bring home a rusty metal barn. He also really rolled his eyes when I told him I paid $20 dollars for it! It was just love at first sight! He should be use to this now! Rusty tricycle here and rusty wagon here.

I knew exactly what I was going to do with it as soon as I saw it!

It's going to be a bird feeder!

This year I haven't really been hitting the markets or yard sales.

Due to gas, the heat, and just wanting to sleep in.

I went Saturday and I'm so glad I did! I found a old galvanized watering can!

I love watering cans new and old.

It's huge and the best part is it was only $15.00!

I'm a happy girl! Can't wait to dress it up!

Speaking of getting big. My girls are growing so fast!

I have no nerves let for today. They need a grocery store daycare.

What's funny my husband told me last week he was going to go look at tools. I told him bye and to take the baby with him. He was mad I said that. He said he needed to think when he looks at tools. Poor thing needs to think ladies.

I spent $12.88 today at Publix and saved $87.94 with sale and coupons. 88% savings!

There was a good bit of stuff on sale that I use every week! Tuna, PB, wheat wraps, wheat bread, Better'n eggs, my favorite coffee creamer! I'm happy even though they was out of a lot of the sale items. No rain checks for me. My kids had enough for the day.

Late Friday night shopping for me.

I knew we would be going on that side of town out to eat tonight and I wanted to save some gas!

I try to save money every way I can!

I blame the higher total on the biscuits!

I was so excited to finally get some Ben & Jerry's Late Night Snack ice cream! I've been dying to try this ice cream ever since The Coupon Goddess mentioned it!

It's inspired by Jimmy Fallon.

It's a vanilla bean ice cream with a salty caramel swirl and fudge covered potato chip clusters!!!

This is right up my alley!

I had the pleasure of taking my baby to see Barney!

We had a good little time together!

Did you know my 2 year is considered an adult? I didn't either until I bought our tickets.

I think this is just the sweetest picture! Worth every adult penny to me!

This little $15.00 Barney wand kept him entertained the whole show. I was worried he would run off from me. Notice how he is sitting on Barney? He didn't want him going anywhere!

We had a fun night just the 2 of us!

We ate at Steak and Shake after the show. I love that place! I wish there was one closer to me right now! They have the best burgers and shakes!

Mother's Day Tea

My sons teachers put together Mother's Day tea for all if the mothers in their class on Friday. Everything was so special and sweet! When I arrived he met me at the classroom entry way and walked me to my seat. There was pretty little dainty foods and tea in tea cups! That was new for me! He even had little gifts for me!

He was just precious!

My little one had fun running around with his head cut off and making me almost have a nervous break down while we was there!

See those chicks in the back ground? We will be taking 2 of them home in 1 week! Lord help me! I have no clue what to do!

They even had the entry way decorated so pretty!

I'm so thankful for my son's teachers and her sweet helpers who made all of this possible!

I wasn't expecting any thing like this at all! I was so touched they put all of this together! Everything was so perfect and beautiful! A wonderful way to end the school year almost! Only a few more weeks left! Yikes!
