Doctor's visit and junk!

What a crazy weekend!
I got to hit up a few yard sales and a couple of flea markets this week! My husband called and said our baby was broke out in hives from his head to his little fat toes. Who knew I would have to take my son to the doctor at 9:20 am on Saturday?! We think he had an allergic reaction to blueberries. That was the only thing different that he ate. Please pray these hives go away fast. They seem not to bother him in any kind of way.

Update!!! My baby is free of hives from his head to his toes!!! Thank you ladies!

Let's get to the treasures!

Pottery Barn can't beat this price! $5.00 for the Pepsi crate! I love the colors!
These chippy old rocking chairs was my husband's grandmas. I like them just the way they are.

Hand painted barn on a galvanized bucket! It was $5.00 and the man handed me back $2.00. He told me I had good taste and he liked that I liked his work! ;) Too cute for $3.00!

Monogrammed flag that is brand new! .50¢

Red bucket .50¢! Perfect for parties or toys!

Picture $2.00

Picture books $1.00 for both! There new too!

Cute clogs $3.00, Cross $2.00, one necklace was $3.00 and the other one was $2.00!

cute green pocket book! $2.00

Leopard tote bag! $1.00!

Baby photo album $2.00. I always need these!

I hope everyone found lots of treasures this week!

I have had the best time meeting new friends here! Have a great week everyone and please pray for my baby!

I'm linking to these wonderful parties! Thank you ladies for hosting!

Holy MOLY! You totally scored some great stuff!! I LOVE that pepsi crate. I'd never get that lucky to find one but you bet I'll be looking now! And the painted bucket is adorable. My hubby grew up on a farm so I woulda nagged that for him for sure.

I meant "snagged" but is that a co-incidence that I said "nag", by mistake, in the same sentence as mentioning my husband? LOL.

Jennifer, I love, love that Pepsi crate! You got an excellent bargain on it, too. You found some fun things- the purse & tote are other favs for me. Hope your son's allergic reaction clears up soon. For me as a kid, it was oranges!

I just LOVE all your finds especially your bags, you find the BEST ones!

I also wanted to tell you that the EXACT thing happened to my daughter last summer (she was about 12-13 months old) and I'm embarrassed to say it happened a FEW times before we realized it was the berry (blueberries, strawberries and raspberries) family that was doing it! Each time (before the last and final time) we had been outside and we thought they were mosquito bites because one of her big brothers gets big WELTS when he gets bit, so we assumed that she was following in his footsteps. Then it happened when we hadn't been outside and I said something is NOT right! First freaking and thinking spider bites! Then realizing (as I was feeding her blueberry yogurt) they were starting to get BIGGER. The ped confirmed she was probably allergic to them and to stop all berries and reintroduce them (slowly and one at a time) the next month. I waited much longer, probably 7-9 months. And I'm happy to report she doesn't have the reaction anymore and can eat them again! YAY! And I was paranoid about nuts after what happened with the berries, but she is not allergic to peanuts either, thankfully!
Anyway, hope that helped and hope your little guy is feeling better and outgrows it too! :)
