In my son's world they DO! 

I always go into to his room at night and kiss him goodnight again before I go to bed. Well, to my surprise I walked in his room and found army men doing splits all over the floor!

I have no idea why the are naked either!

This one kinda looks like my father in law!

Just A Few Thrifty Treasures

All y'all burning up too! Wow it's flaming hot here!

No yard sales for me. :(  The hubs had to work Saturday and the week before I went and didn't buy one thing! I hit up my favorite consignment shop and scored a few finds that are pretty awesome!

3 Ralph Lauren shirts for $8.00!!! 2 was still brand new with tags for $3.00 each and the other one was $2.00!

 

 

I got this beautiful firetruck picture for one of my boys rooms. It was only $3.00!!! SCORE! I can't wait to have it framed. Finding cute stuff for boys is hard!

This is how it looked when I bought it. It was in a cheap poster frame and that is gift tissue paper in the back ground! Crazy right?!

I bought this huge ugly picture for $8.00. I'm working on a project right now with this beauty!

And finally, I got this planter thingy for $2.00 at Aldi!!! That is where I get my eggs at! Make sure you check there clearance!

My first Chalkboard!!!

I'm so proud of myself!!!

I finally jumped on the chalkboard bandwagon!!!

 I got this cute picture at Goodwill for $2.00!!! I liked the picture, but it doesn't go well with my decor. So, I thought this would be a good start to make my first chalkboard! I painted over the picture with 2 coats of chalk board paint and that's it! I think this could be addictive! I love it!

July 4th Fun!

Better late than never! Right?!

 We went to Gatlinburg for the 4th. 

We ate at Bubba Gumps again this year wasn't impressed.

 This is our son and our friends 4 kids watching them make candy! So sweet!

Parade at 12am! 

We ended up having to find another hotel room due to our baby kept going out the door! They had no dead bolt or chain on the door. It took us 4 hours to find another room with vacancy. It could of took less if we wanted to stay in a horror film room. Then the baby screamed all night LONG! He has never did that before. I

Oh well! I did pass my goal of selling junk for a completely free little trip though!
