It looks great! Your husband did a fantastic job. I don't know anything about having chickens, this will be fun listening to you tell us about them. I bet your boys are so excited and I cannot wait to see that first egg.

You should put Pesky the Rooster in there with them! I can imagine all the trouble he'd cause by being in there. Seriously, I'm thinking I'd like some chickens, too.

Oh how I want a chicken coop!

Yours is looking FAB. Aren't you excited to have those fresh eggs?

You've inspired me : ) My oldest son will be here for almost a month. Maybe he will help me build one : )

I have always wanted to have chickens!!! I really contemplated it seriously when we lived out in the country, but just never did it. I think I'm jealous!!!

My sister has chickens. Her 9 yr old daughter has her own egg business going strong!! I'm happy to benefit from the fresh eggs! You will love that too!

Hi,
I am your newest follower. I am so excited about your chickens and coop! I have chickens too, nine, and this is my first time with them. We got them a year ago Feb, and I absolutely love them. I can't wait to read about all your adventures! Please come visit my brand new blog, Ric Rac and Polka Dots. It is just starting off, but I can promise there will be lots of really fun stuff going on there, so please stop by! Hope to see you soon. Say hi to the girls for me! I have to send you pictures, I got carried away and even put the girl's names in the chicken coop. You will probably enjoy that!

So glad my husband was not near the computer when I pulled this up. He so wants chicks and I am against it, sorry! I just know it would be me doing all the work and I've got 2 kids, 2 dogs, 1 lizard, 1 bird and 1 bunny oh and all the neighbor kids who hang at our house.

I don't think I can take one more thing on! Love their house though, way cool!

Jennifer,
Thanks for visiting and following. I just get so excited to meet people who are so much like me. I found out just from looking at your profile that we have lots in common, including: you also like country music, big hair, and would go to yard sales if gas wasn't so expensive. My daughter is named Jennifer too. I'm sure I'll find lots more as I go through your blog. See, we must be sisters from another mother or something! Did you name your chickens? I should reread the post and see if I missed that!
Anyhow, nice to meet you!!!

Thanks for liking my bench and my upside down tree. I've been playing around with different layouts and have missed seeing my pictures of my tree also on my blog.

I think I'llbe putting some back up :)
