All That Glitters: DIY Dollar Tree Halloween Picture Frames

I needed some cute Halloween frames for my little monsters' pictures,

but I didn't want to pay the price.

Dollar Tree has plain black frames and I just added some scrapbook stickers.

Cheap, easy, and fast!
